Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has given his verdict on the current performance of his club after registering loss despite change in management, with the latest result being elimination from UEFA Champions League.

In an interview with the BeIN sports, the Brazilian stated that coaches were not be blamed and players as too have to take responsibility. He hinted that the club has top players but others are unhappy and that stratgy is needed to improve the results.

“We can’t blame coaches if we don’t take responsibility. It’s difficult moment for Chelsea, lot of change. We have many top players but you also have someone unhappy. We need a strategy in order not to make the same mistakes next season”, said former PSG defender.

Chelsea now sits in the 11th position in the Premier League and will miss the Europe competitions next season.
